Traveling from any international airport to USA - 2

At the TRANSIT airport:

If you do not have a direct flight to your destination, then you will probably have 1 0r 2 stopovers. In that case, you would have to follow the procedures/formalities of the transit airport.


Once you reach the airport, check for the Terminal/Gate Number of your next flight.
In case you have to change terminal, it is advisable to know beforehand, of any connecting airport shuttle to take you to the desire terminal.

In some countries you may even require Transit Visa, to go out of the Airport/stay in the Airport.

** Indian Citizens , holding a valid Indian passport and a valid US visa , traveling to USA via UK, Germany, Holland, Italy , Paris, Switzerland, Tokyo, Hong Kong do not need transit visa IF they are not going out of airport.



At the transit Airport, after arriving at the assigned terminal, you have to again go through the security check, and get all your carry in checked.When announced, proceed for Boarding.
The baggage you had checked would be taken care of, you don't have to bother.

Before your arrival, the Flight attendant will provide you,two forms-
1.I-94
2.USA Custom Form

Fill in these forms. Do not hesitate to ask your fellow passenger, if you have any doubts.
